As PR professionals, our ability to build mutually beneficial relationships between the organizations we serve and our publics is only as good as our understanding and relatablity to both of those entities. As the eyes and ears for our organizations and the trusted advisors to our senior leadership, it is critical that we recognize our own unconscious biases (and yes, we ALL have them!) in order to create more effective messages, communication plans and inclusive and equitable workplace environments.

Join us for this interactive workshop to gain an understanding of the reality of unconscious bias and to learn practical tips and approaches to bring more inclusivity into our messaging and our workplaces.

    8:30 a.m. - Registration and breakfast
