    In an ever-changing world, it is imperative for organizations to be inclusive to reach diverse audiences. This social will feature a speed networking session connecting aspiring practitioners from the PRSAA Chapter at Old Dominion to seasoned professionals and a moderated panel of PR professionals discussing the impact of diversity within the industry. Refreshments will be provided.

    Meet Our Panelists

    Kelli Webb is the Founder and CEO of The KBD Group, LLC – Kinetic Brand Develop – headquartered in Downtown Norfolk, VA.  As the visionary of the boutique public relations firm, Kelli oversees integrated marketing campaigns across the non-profit, sports, entertainment, and hospitality industries. She works to build trusted client relationships, cultivate strategic partnerships with third-party constituencies, and develop and maintain strong connections with print, broadcast and digital media outlets.

    Vincent Rhodes, PhD, APR, Chief Communications & Marketing Officer, EVMS. Vincent is a PR veteran with more than 20 years of experience. He has managed communications for many clients in the education industry.

    Jenniffer Serrano is the Marketing Communications Manager at Vandeventer Black LLP, a mid-sized law firm headquartered in Norfolk, Virginia. In this role, Jenniffer is responsible for all integrated marketing communication efforts.

    Dr. Morgan Kirby from Norfolk State University will be our moderator. She teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in public relations, advertising and copy editing.
