Enjoy Vanguard’s great selection of brews and an evening of fun, fellowship, and festivities with fellow PRSA-HR members. Admission includes hors-d-oeuvres.
Public Service Opportunity: Bring a Book!
PRSA Hampton Roads supports children’s literacy efforts by partnering with local nonprofit, REACH! Bring gently used children's or young adult books to the July 14 social and be entered to win a door prize!
Thanks to PRSA-HR members who participated in our recent Public Service Committee poll. Members chose Children’s Literacy as a major cause to support this year. The non-profit REACH was established in 1998 with the goal of improving literacy and education for children ages 0-17, especially those living in poverty. The Chapter is collecting gently used children’s and young adult books for REACH through the summer. SAVE THE DATE: Sunday, August 21 from 12 to 6 p.m., to volunteer for a special event at REACH’s Big Bookstore at Military Circle Mall.
