    Meeting Cancellation Policy:

    Cancellations must be made to the treasurer by the event registration deadline. PRSA Hampton Roads will offer a credit for a future meeting if the request is received by the event deadline. No credits will be issued for cancellations received after the deadline has passed, as the chapter incurs expenses based on headcount. No-shows who selected pay at the door and do not attend the event will be invoiced for payment. Members who send non-members in their place will be billed for the price difference.
