    On June 18, PRSA Hampton Roads celebrated the winners of our 2014 Pinnacle Awards and the P. Lee Starkey Public Relations Practitioner of the Year Award. Congratulations to all the honorees!

    Our 2014 winner of the P. Lee Starkey Public Relations Practitioner of the Year Award was Sally Kirby Hartman, APR, vice president of communications at the Hampton Roads Community Foundation.
