    Meeting Cancellation Policy:

    Cancellations must be made to the treasurer 72 hours prior to the event. PRSA Hampton Roads will refund the amount paid or offer a credit for a future meeting if the request is received 72 hours in advance. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the deadline has passed, as the chapter incurs expenses based on headcount. No-shows who selected pay at the door and do not attend the event will be invoiced for payment. Members who send non-members in their place will be billed for the price difference.
